2. Who We Are & Data Protection Roles
StartupWize Ventures LLP is the legal entity responsible for operating aikadental.in.
DPDPA Role Designations:
• For Site Inquiries & Directory Visitors: Aika acts as a Data Fiduciary regarding data collected directly on aikadental.in.
• For Partner Clinic CRM & Patient Records: The participating partner clinic acts as the Data Fiduciary, and Aika acts as a Data Processor operating under the clinic's instructions.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 From Patients and Site Visitors
When you request a callback, book an appointment, or submit a locality inquiry, we collect:
- Full Name and Mobile Phone Number (for WhatsApp/call verification).
- City, Locality, or Area PIN Code (to route your inquiry to the nearest partner clinic).
- Treatment interest selected (e.g. General Dental Checkup, Aligners, Implants).
3.2 From Partner Clinics & Dentists
When a clinic applies for a free website, claims a territory, or executes a partnership agreement, we collect:
- Practitioner Name, DCI Registration Number, and Clinic Legal Entity Name.
- Clinic address, micro-market locality, contact phone number, and official email address.
- Doctor photos, clinic interior images, treatment specialities, and fee structures for profile publication.
- Digital signature, IP address, and acceptance timestamps for partnership agreements.
4. How We Use Personal Data & Consent Scope
We process personal data strictly for specified, legitimate purposes:
aikadental.in, DSO directory listings, and promotional channels (including social media and digital campaign previews).5. Disclosure & Service Providers
