1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of aikadental.in (the "Site"), operated by StartupWize Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the laws of India, trading as Aika Dental Clinics ("Aika", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Site serves two distinct user groups:
- Patients & Visitors: Seeking information on dental clinics and requesting treatment callbacks.
- Clinics & Dental Practice Partners: Operating under Tier 1 (Free Website & Profile), Tier 2 (CRM Integration), or Tier 3 (Managed Patient Acquisition) growth programs.
2. Terms for Patients & Site Visitors
Aika operates as a digital healthcare discovery and central dispatch network. Aika is not a dental clinic and does not directly render medical or dental advice.
Important Patient Disclaimer:
• All clinical examinations, diagnoses, and dental procedures are conducted independently by licensed dental surgeons at participating partner clinics.
• Callback requests submitted through aikadental.in are routed to nearby certified partner practices based on locality availability.
3. Terms for Partner Clinics & Dentists (Tier 1 Free Website)
When a clinic owner or dentist submits an inquiry or claims a free clinic website on /partner:
The dentist grants Aika a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the clinic's name, logo, doctor photos, qualifications, and public practice details for publishing on aikadental.in, clinic subdomain landing pages, and Aika promotional channels (including social media previews).
Upon approval of a clinic's micro-market territory, Aika agrees not to onboard another competing dental clinic within the designated 3–5km radius during the active partnership term.
The partner dentist warrants that all registered practitioners maintain valid registration with the State Dental Council / Dental Council of India (DCI) and adhere to applicable ethical guidelines.
4. Tier 2+3 Strategic Growth Program Agreements
Clinics opting into Tier 2 & Tier 3 managed Google Ads campaigns and revenue-share growth acceleration execute the Aika Strategic Growth Partnership Agreement within the platform.
- Attribution Window: 1-year (365-day) lead attribution window from initial patient engagement to treatment completion.
- Revenue Share Rate: Standard 20% revenue share on closed treatment revenue generated through Aika campaign attribution.
- DPDPA Compliance: Clinic acts as Data Fiduciary; Aika acts as Data Processor for patient CRM management.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to arbitration seated at Hyderabad, Telangana, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
